STAGE 3: Professional Programme

The Last Stage of the CS Education is the Final Programme. It is only after the clearance of the Executive Programme that a student can enrol for the Professional / Final Programme.

There are Four Modules with Two Papers each in the Professional / Final Programme:

Drafting, Appearances and Pleadings

MODULE II
Financial, Treasury and Forex Management
Corporate Restructuring & Insolvency

MODULE III
Strategic Management, Alliances and International Trade
Advanced Tax Laws and Practice

MODULE IV
Due Diligence and Corporate Compliance Management
Governance, Business Ethics and Sustainability
